Our aim isn’t just to fulfill your care needs, our aim is to help fulfill your life.
Our model is all about getting to know you, your family and your goals and finding you long term personal carers that are right for you and want to be there for you every step of the way.
We hire specifically for you, and you meet with carers before working with them. We believe the relationship between you and your carers is almost everything so this is such an important part of our process.
Once we’ve matched you with a carer or carers they are trained for your needs and hired and managed by us.
dESIGNING A PACKAGE OF CARE TO SUIT YOU
Home Care
Unlike most homecare providers we look at homecare differently. Instead of having a pool of staff that we send out to lots of different clients, which means you don’t always know who is coming into your home. We hire staff specifically for you to work set hours with you, this means you have consistent care from someone you know.
independent living
Like our homecare service our support living packages are built around us finding you a team of staff that’s right for you. Supported living services are the ideal way to live independently in your own home whilst being safe and confident that you have the right support in place for you.
community care
As with all our services, having the right carer is key to feeling happy and confident in the support you receive. Feeling comfortable with your support and your personal carer, we feel, is key in helping you achieve your goals, we therefore match you with a carer based on your preferences as well as your support needs.

Founded in 2017, it’s safe to say we’ve been on a wild ride these past few years. With the challenges Covid threw at us all, it would be an understatement to say that our care model has been tested but we’re here today and so proud to say we got through it and supported our clients throughout. We founded Mirai Management with the belief that service users deserve better and we possess the knowledge, skills and innovative thinking to make a difference, and without blowing our own trumpet too much, I think we can honestly say we provided just that, a difference. Our staff team are amazing and we couldn’t do it without them.
We hope to continue changing lives and providing exceptional care for many years, so come along with us.

Our Pricing Model
Rather than charging an hourly rate, we price our packages differently.
We calculate bespoke costs that charge staff / carer wages costs, Mirai’s management fees and any training / PPE costs required for your care. This means you only pay for the support you need. Once we have all the information about the care you require we will provide you with a cost quote for our services and also calculate a comparative hourly rate so that you can compare our charges with standard agency support.
As an average our care packages currently have a comparative hourly rate of £17.91 per hour which is very competitive for the care we provide.
